This bespoke hand carved oak chair was a special commission. It is a replica 17th century Guild Chair, for the Selkirk Incorporation of Hammermen. Made from Scottish oak, it has intricate traditional carved designs.

The panel used for the back is a single piece of oak. The designs are taken from what is believed to be the original Hammerman’s Chair, but with an updated “Arm and Hammer” symbol.
