This custom made oak memorial and storytelling chair is made from locally sourced Scottish oak and locally sourced reclaimed oak. It is an interactive chair with hidden speakers and technology to enable stories and lectures to be heard. The chair back is decorated with recycled copper, recycled brass, reclaimed teak, and stainless steel.

The design on the chair back is meant to show a circuit board gradually becoming plant like. The teak leaves are laser etched with the memorial dedication.
